3-13-26   THOUGHTS

We were made in the image of God!  We are told here, to “BE IMITATORS OF GOD.”   1Pet 1:15-16   “but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior;  16  because it is written, "YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY."   The behavior is LOVE and the example is Christ Jesus in His great sacrifice for us!    

Eph 4:32-5:2     Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.      1   Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children;  2  and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.

Our Prayer:
Father God, help us to be like You.   As Your children, may we walk in Love and Holy behavior.  Help us to live in the shadow of the cross.  As we see Christ, we see You.  Teach us to imitate what we know and see.   Thank You for being LOVE!     In Jesus’ name,     Amen.
